If it tells the next viewer what just landed, it stays.
02 · structure
The setup is not filler.
When it earns the turn, we make room for it.
03 · context
Crowd work needs the crowd.
The reaction is part of the exchange, not B-roll.
04 · voice
Every comic has a different silence.
A pause can be awkward, loaded, or the joke.
05 · identity
Style should recognize you.
We learn preferences that define you.
already have an editor
Most of the comedians we work with did.
Some kept them.
We take the overflow, the specials, the sets that stack up on tour while the regular clips keep shipping.
Some didn’t.
They came to us after explaining their preferences for the fourth time to someone new.
Neither is a pitch. The real problem was never the editing.

Your Footage
CC
clean the audio, nothing buried in room noise
tighten the pacing, cut the dead air
add captions that sound like you, not the transcript
add color grading, club lighting’s never flattering
add sound effects, only where the bit needs it
New clients start here
Lock in your style. Then scale with confidence.
Your clips are how most people meet you. That’s worth getting right before they start going out, not after. Three reels while we learn how you like things. After that, we stop asking.

How we work
01
Footage
Share a Drive folder. A full set, crowd work, multicam, whatever state it came off the camera.
02
Selection
The biggest laugh in the room usually isn’t the clip. The one that lands for someone who wasn’t there is.
03
The cut
Framed vertical from the start, not cropped after. Captions timed to how you talk, not the transcript.
04
Delivery
Clips come back in 4 to 5 business days, up to 5 reels a batch. Ready to post, not to fix on your phone first.
package options
Everyone starts with Style Lock. 3 fully edited clips, $199. We use it to find your pacing, your captions, the way you land things. Monthly after that, if you want it.
Posts weekly
5 reels
per month
For staying in front of people between shows.
We watch every set ourselves. Comedy timing isn’t something to guess at.
Whichever one you pick, you send a Drive folder. Nothing to export, nothing to prepare first. If the raw file’s long gone and the set’s on YouTube, that link is enough.
Add-ons
Extra Footage Review
More footage than your plan covers. Additional review is $50 per 30 minutes on any plan.
Posting From Your Socials
We post the clips for you, to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with the captions, hashtags and timing handled. $10 per clip on any plan.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Want to know what’s actually landing? We track views, engagement, and reach across your reels and send a monthly performance summary. $20 per clip on any plan.
faq
No. Footage in, finished clips out. If you need someone in the room with a camera, that’s not us, but we’ll cut whatever they shoot.
Not for editorial decisions. Captions get machine-transcribed and then corrected by a person, because auto-captions get comedy wrong in the places it matters most.
If you’re new and starting with reels, yes. It’s how we lock in your style before scaling up. Past clients and long-form edits don’t need to start with Style Lock.
You get a 1-week grace period after your cycle ends to use up whatever’s left. Anything unused after that expires, and picking back up means renewing.
A person on our editing team, not a tool. They watch the whole set, and the way they pick was taught to them by our co-founder, who is a comic himself. If you already know the bits you want, send timestamps and we’ll work from those instead. Either way, you decide which ones move forward.
A Drive folder is easiest. Full sets, crowd work, multicam, in whatever state it came off the camera. If the raw file’s long gone and the set’s on YouTube, that link is enough.
We work with all the common formats, including .mp4, .mov and .mpeg, in 16:9, 1920x1080, or 4K. Clips come back vertical at 9:16 unless you ask for something else.
4-5 business days a batch, counted from when your footage lands. A batch is up to 5 reels, so a 20-reel month arrives in four, not all at once. Style Lock is quicker, 2-3 business days for the three reels.
Style Lock comes with unlimited revisions. We don’t move forward until it actually feels like you. Once you’re on an ongoing package, that’s 2 revisions per clip, which is usually all it takes once your style’s locked in.
Past 20 a month we scope it as an Editorial Partnership. Tell us how much you’re filming and how often you post, and we’ll build around that instead of squeezing you into a fixed number.
A phone at the back of the room is usually enough to start. And it doesn’t need to be a full set. 10 minutes of something that worked is plenty.
We’re a remote studio. The comedians, clubs and agencies we work with are in the US, the UK, Australia and Canada.
slide in
Send us a set and tell us what you want cut from it. We answer within a day.
Book a 15-minute call over Google Meet. Bring a set you want cut and what you want out of posting it. We’ll leave with an editing plan, a structure to post it on, and a strategy for what goes out when.
